Licensed Insurance Producer (Remote)
We’re growing and looking for a motivated, licensed insurance professional to join our fully remote team. If you enjoy connecting with customers, building relationships, and helping people protect what matters most, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career from the comfort of your home.
This is a sales-focused role with strong earning potential and a supportive team behind you. You’ll have the tools, training, and structure needed to succeed while working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities in a timely manner
- Educate customers on policy options, coverage details, and benefits
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with sales goals and performance expectations
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
